If you're already selling with us via Option 1, you don't have to worry about your listing agent's commission but are responsible for the buying agent's fee. The fee average for the buying agent is typically 2.5%.
If you are selling with us via Option 2, you are still responsible for the buying agent's commission regardless who that agent works for.
